President and owner of Hyde Park Builders, Scott Shimberg is a native of the Tampa Bay area with deep roots in the community and building industry. Scott is a second-generation homebuilder, whose family built numerous communities in the Tampa Bay area beginning in 1957. As past president of the Builders Association of Greater Tampa, Scott was voted Builder of the Year in 2001. Scott is active throughout the Urban Land Institute, serving on its Residential Neighborhood Development Council nationally, as well as serving the Tampa Bay area region on its Executive Committee.
Hyde Park Builders has been building neighborhoods and custom homes in the Tampa Bay area for over 23 years. Their attention to detail and quality craftsmanship are demonstrated in all aspects of the development process.
